To ensure a pleasant stay and undisturbed relaxation, please consider the following information.

Arrival and Departure

Accommodation can be occupied between 14:00 and 20:00 on the day of arrival. Arrival at a different time must be arranged in advance.
– Please vacate the accommodation by 11:00 on the day of departure.
– Check-in is only possible after the full accommodation fee and tourist tax have been paid.

Payment and Refund

– The paid accommodation fee is considered a penalty and is non-refundable in case of early departure.
– Payment methods: cash, credit card, SZÉP card, or bank transfer in advance.

Guest Data

– Upon arrival, guests must present their identification documents (ID card or passport), which must be handed over for document scanning as required by law.
– In accordance with government decree, we cannot accommodate guests arriving without identification documents.

Use of Accommodation

– Only the number of persons specified at the time of booking may stay in the guest house.
– Accommodating additional guests is only possible with prior arrangement.
– The guest house is not pet-friendly; pets are not allowed.
Smoking is prohibited in the house (including e-cigarettes and IQOS). Designated smoking areas are the courtyard and the upstairs terrace.
– Please place cigarette butts only in the designated containers.
– Please use furniture and equipment as intended; damage must be reimbursed by the person causing it.
– Please keep the rooms, common areas, and garden clean; use the provided trash cans.

Peace and Safety

– Please be considerate of other guests and avoid making noise, especially in the evening.
– Air conditioning is free of charge, but please use it only when necessary and with the windows closed.
– When leaving the house, please close the entrance and terrace doors.
– The gate cannot be locked automatically, so it is recommended to lock cars at night.
– When leaving the accommodation, please hand in the keys.

Liability and damage event

– We are not responsible for guests’ personal belongings or valuables.
– Please report the loss of a key immediately; the cost of changing the lock will be borne by the guest who lost the key.
– Please report any malfunctions or problems immediately so that we can fix them as soon as possible.

In case of non-compliance with the house rules, the accommodation provider has the right to cancel the reservation with immediate effect. In this case, the guest must leave the accommodation and the paid fee will not be refunded.
